The Catholic Legislative
Network is a joint program of the 12
arch/dioceses in California. Its
purpose is to broaden the understanding
of Catholic social teaching and encourage
people of faith to action.
The Network covers the
seven major themes of Catholic social
teaching – from life and dignity of
the human person to care of God’s
environment – with brief emails and
occasional action alerts.
Because it is a
cooperative agreement among the 12
arch/dioceses and the California Catholic
Conference, the Network will also cover
local issues with the same thoroughness
as it does statewide, national and world
issues.
